Doing Pilates, you will connect to your body. At Vajra Pilates, Certified Instructor Jenny Miller uses her unique approach to Pilates by adding an element of awareness into the exercises so that along with your body improving, you will have more ease and clarity in your life.

With twelve years of Pilates experience, Jenny has worked with people with a variety of needs including: professional athletes, injury and surgery rehabilitative patients, people with obesity, neurological disorders, pregnancy and many people who just want to increase their fitness level.
