Jenny identifies muscles that are not contracting as they should and then using specific manual techniques, makes them contract and work more efficiently so your body becomes stronger and not only heals but feels better. MAT is sometimes adequate on its own but often times supported and made better with Pilates, strength training, at home isometrics or other exercise.
