With 20 years of Pilates experience, Jenny has worked with a variety of individuals including: professional athletes, injury and surgery rehabilitation patients (knees, shoulders, back, neck, feet), people with obesity, osteoporosis and scoliosis, neurological disorders (stroke, Parkinson’s, MS), skiers, cyclists, equestrians, golfers, tennis players, weekend warriors and many people who just want to increase their strength, flexibility and fitness level.

Vajra Pilates and Muscle Activation is not your typical Pilates studio. It is located inside the Athletic Training Institute (ATI) in Bellevue, WA, a private gym designed for the clinical provision of MAT and individualized exercise programs. It is across the street from Lowes and conveniently located one minute from 520.

Vajra Pilates and Muscle Activation has the full spectrum of Peak Pilates Equipment, Balanced Body Pilates Equipment, Keiser Performance Air Resistance Equipment as well as Bosu balanced trainers, medicine balls, hand weights and a vast resource of Pilates props and strength training tools.

Introductory Trial Package of 3 Private Sessions for $180

Private Sessions: $100 or a Package of 8 for $720 ($90 each)
Semi Private Sessions: $60 or a Package of 10 for $500 ($50 each)
Pilates Mat Classes: $30 or a Package of 10 for $280 ($28 each)
Pilates Advanced Mat Class – Fridays 9:30am, prior approval before attendance
