At Vajra Pilates and Muscle Activation, Jenny Miller uses the powerful combination of Pilates and Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) to provide exercise and rehabilitation programs tailored specifically for the individual. Jenny’s intent is to help you meet your fitness or rehabilitation goals and become your strongest and your best. Her goal is to provide you with the hardest, most effective work-out that your body can safely handle. She uses the dynamic relationship between the nervous system (MAT) and muscular system (Pilates) to maximize the effects of exercise. Introductory Trial Package of 3 Private Sessions for $295
Private Sessions: $150 or a Package of 8 for $1000 ($125 each)
Semi Private Sessions: $90 or a Package of 10 for $850 ($85 each)
Pilates Mat Classes: $40 or a Package of 10 for $370 ($37 each)
Pilates Advanced Mat Class – Fridays 9:30am, prior approval before attendance

Jacquelyn Reiff Pilates & Movement

In Bellevue,at Vajra Pilates and Muscle Activation, Jenny also works with Jacquelyn Reiff. She is an amazing Pilates instructor with much to offer.

Jacquelyn Reiff Pilates & Movement offers clinical movement sessions. Jacquelyn’s focus on is on Corrective Exercise, Rehabilitation, Prehab/Rehab, Preventative Care, Restorative Movement, Pilates and Integrated Functional Movement. Her services serve as excellent therapy for overall health and wellness, as well as, Rehabilitation of Acute and Chronic conditions. Jacquelyn has over 25 years experience, a Master of Science, and is highly educated in Anatomy, Physiology, Musculoskeletal Biomechanics, and Exercise Intervention. She is lower body Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT®) certified. Her knowledge and experience allows her to adapt therapeutic exercises safely and efficiently based on each person’s individual needs. Training with Jacquelyn is unique because of her personalized care specific to your movement and personal goals.
